Can I ask you for help, I have Volusion E (portaple) but I can't use it!
I wondering if you can help me with Volusion e. I can start my machine, but after I Get this massage:
The BT- option is not set.The machine will boot without using the ultrasound hardware. You can enter a valid option key here or later in Utilities/System Setup/ Options.
How can I solve this problem?

The BT option is the licences for the system, without them.the system can not be used. Try removing the back cover of the system and there is normally a cardboard envelope attached to it. Check in there for a CD that has been labelled back up. If you can locate this cd you will be able to restore the BT option.

As Michele said, it needs to have the Permanent Key entered to enable the system to run. If you have a picture of the Option page, the Option Key is on that screen. Sometimes there is a label on the bottom cover that lists the Option Key. If you do not have a record of the Permanent Key, you will need to contact GE to get it.
