My system had problem after we changed one new heat exchanger for Aquilion16. When heat of X-ray tube become 0%, we warmed up and it displayed "error in XC (XC Nack) ; code (0Xb2500040) - dev (0x00010002) - pro(1)". Then we warmed up again and it could work on whole day without error. But few day later, error happened. Can anybody give me some advice?
I hope for you you be carefull with hydraulic plugs...maybe a bubble inside. But before to be afraid, connect the laptop to the XC test cable and tell me what you can check

Tks for the repply Anton. I changed the tube because i was under KV and sometimes under mA, and impossible to make one scan.
No i didnt changed the HV Cable. I putted more special oil in the HV Cable (tube side), i checked all the HV connections in inverters and add more varian silicon. They worked with the system now, but they have one or two errors per day. They made XC Reset and can follow normally the exams. We also changed the XC Board.
Do you think that the HV Cable (SRU-H to tube) are the issue???
Sometimes it take times to stabilize the tube , it is very important to make seasoning while you replace the tube and maybe you have to do it again and readjust if

Yes, I checked and confirmed thermal switch in heat exchanger had problem. Maybe we need to claim new one. Thank you for your help!

other trick , when you get error with xc test , in staus info you can see with staus N°2 if you have a broken inverter

Ah regarding this, i think normally you can just pay attention to the status nº2 when you have the ST status with 01, right???
When we got this XC error we dont have special error and :
ST are 00,
Status 2 : 04000
i think this means that we dont have problem with inverters??? Meanwhile i made all the tests with block test and with no erros??
More one time do you think that the issue could be the HV cable!!
