Go to offline scan . Do scan without xray . Plot it or display the data . Try to locate the channel zero. Swap the board and repeat procedure. If the channel moves than change the board if not change the detector.

Xenon gas type ? If is this, may be check the 1000Vdc power supply

Try to know wich channel is down to zero , then sawp boards. If is fix then you have a detector problem
