About six times we replaced the XSC+ board within about 35 days . Every time chips no. U88 and U96 in the board become bad . We replaced all the board internal power supplies ( +5 , +15 , -15 VDC) , but the fault still there . Can anyone advise ?
check the slip ring carfully if there is any wires or objects that bend the brushs.
i recommend also to lock at the brushs and rotate the RF slowly 360 degree and note if there any ubnormal movement of the brushs.

Signal brushes must be damaged. Also possible bad gpu and/or sif. A bad signal brushes making intermitents short circuit cause this problem
