Hi, I have a problem with a CT Sytec series i, With axial scan in CW or CCW appears ER-122 Zero Detect, but with stationary scan dont appears. This is a random problem. Thanks

Hello ricardo: you have a problem of miscontact on gantry, because when you take a static this dissapears. check about some vibration when rotate. good luck carlos duran

Ricardo, There are a number of things that can cause the zero detect. Most probably you have a problem with the signal brushes or the slip ring. Try cleaning the ring and brush block first. Scooter scanner1@eim.ae
