Does anyone have knowledge as to what E1719 "Gain adjustment not possible" is referring to? Is this an adjustment on Dose, Video, or a hardware/software error? Any information will be greatly appreciated. PS - Image on monitor displays 2 football shaped ovals instead of 2 round circles.
