Want to buy on DOTmed?
It's Easy:
  • DOTmed is a public website with with more than 250,000 listings and auctions on any given day in more than 500 categories.
  • To browse the listings click on 'Equipment' or 'Parts.' All listings and auctions are posted by Registered Users - DOTmed does not own anything for sale on our site.
  • You'll see free listings, with basic information, and Upgraded Listings, with more complete information. Browse or search until you find what you need.
  • When you are ready, Register for free. This also gives you full access to all of DOTmed's communication services. Contact the seller and negotiate your deal.
  • Auctions can be Full-Service, Self-Managed or Private Sale Auctions.
  • To Bid on a public Auction - which can be either a Full-Service or Self-Managed Auction -- all you need is a valid credit card. If you're a member of a recognized healthcare facility, we can waive that requirement.
  • To Bid on a Private Sale Auction, contact a participating Gold Service Dealer who will bid on your behalf.

Don't see what you need? Submit a Free Wanted Listing or a DOTmed RFP for equipment, or a DOTmed Parts Hunter Request. You can also set your DOTmed Alerts to receive email notification when your equipment or part has been posted.
