1. What is a factory refurbished Tuttnauer autoclave? A factory refurbished Tuttnauer autoclave is a brand new autoclave that has been used for demonstration purposes or returned because of needed repair. Tuttnauer's factory trained technical support department then goes through the autoclave with a fine tooth comb. All problems (if any) are resolved and repaired and the units are returned to like new condition. These machine have very low hours on them and have never been in a work environment for a long period of time.
2. What model autoclaves are available factory refurbished?
Most models of Tuttnauer autoclaves are available factory refurbished on a regular basis. See our Tuttnauer Autoclaves for pricing on factory refurbished autoclaves. In most cases Tuttnauer does the refurbishment of the autoclave at the time the order is placed so there is an average lead time of 1 to 2 weeks. However, orders are based on availability so there could be a lead time of 3 to 5 weeks. The lead time can be established before placing an order.
3. What is the warranty on Tuttnauer factory refurbished autoclaves?
All EZ factory refurbished autoclaves have a 1 year parts and labor ship in (return to Tuttnauer factory) warranty. If the autoclave is repaired by a third party technician in the field Tuttnauer will pay for parts only. No labor charges will be covered unless the autoclave is shipped back to Tuttnauer for repair
