we service -01 / -02 / -03 / -04 / -05 and all custom lengths needed. 2800 series repairs also available.
Three methods of repair:
1) Send a cable core, check or transfer money, we send one of our completed cores, always in stock.
2) In stock are 20 ft cables (at least one 30 foot, a -05) ready to affix to your connector. All other lengths are available by advance order. We will attach our cable and ship back to you the same business day if received priority A.M. delivery. Our standard shipping method on this item is priority overnight (unless you request otherwise) for receipt on next business day to minimize down time. Saturday delivery can be accommodated at an extra charge. Delivery within United States and Canada only, shipping charges billed at the actual rate of requested service. For our Canadian friends, Customs/Duty fees are your responsibility.
3) If your demand is a repair only as your cable may be in good shape, please call, we have done many of these for cost conscious clients with no returns. We will replace all pins in the connector and carefully inspect all cable connectors that will go inside the machine. We will need to shorten the cable by a couple inches as to make it possible to replace and reconstruct everything inside the connector.
NOTE:
These are (NOT JUST A CHEAP REPAIR) based on your supplied cable assembly for two key parts. We re-utilize the large connector, cabinet bracket and verify overall length. The new cable material, connectors, and all pins are installed on the connector and bracket we obtain from you. Only the large connectors in good physical condition will be considered for a build, if questionable, send us a photo for evaluation. You have no exchange returns or back charges down the road to worry about. We clean, polish and reuse your connector core. Ground wire revision added to cabinet bracket if received without and brackets are repainted and labeled. Replacement of breakers, damaged or not, are not included in this rebuild and need not be sent. If it were not for re-utilizing the main connector, you would swear it is a brand new assembly.
Terms: money order, cashier/bank check, COD, either with order or on delivery. Collection of funds on delivery will increase the shipping fees as charged by the carrier. Money back guarantee on quality. If you are not satisfied within 30 days send our cable back on us, we will replace with another assembly of our manufacture or reinstall your old cable on the connector and return at no charge. Replaced cables are logged in and held for 30 days only.
When necessary to ship without receipt of a core to use, we expect within 5 business days that you return you old cable assembly as the core. We do not make calls to retrieve, it is your responsibility. If after 5 business days and no core arrives, you will be billed the cost of a replacement core from wherever we buy one. This option must stated be on your purchase order for billable recourse.
