Cosmetics are good, when turned on the unit powered up and all functions appeared to work. That does not indicate that the unit does not have problems or need servicing, we only do general testing.

The INVOS adult cerebral oximeter system noninvasively and continuously monitors changes in the regional oxygen saturation of the predominately venous blood in the brain. The purpose of the Cerebral Oximeter is to immediately alert clinicians to periods of declining or inadequate oxygenation to allow corrective acton and prevent injury.
