The Nonin 8600 Series represents Nonin's refinement of patented pulse oximeter technology and commitment to value. The 8600 Series offers LED displays that are twice as large as those of many other pulse oximeters, assuring optimum visibility, even in a darkened hospital room or from a distance!

The 8600 Series features easy-to-use front-mounted controls with operation that can be mastered quickly, plus a pulse tone that varies in pitch with changes in the patient's oxygen saturation (Sp02). The 8600 Series is well suited to transport applications with its compact, lightweight design and built-in rechargeable battery that allows at least 30 hours of continuous operation when fully charged. The 8600 Series has been tested and approved by the USAF for aeromedical use.
