First picture was taken where this system was working before it was removed.

It is from a closed facility that was doing testing for pain management patients. Per the sale order, the facility ran into financial trouble and the place had to abruptly closed. This was part of the equipment acquired. Unit was regularly maintain and per the maintenance and calibration log (included) this was calibrated daily from 2013 to september of 2020. last used in the fall of 2020. Luckily the lawyers did not order the computer destroyed so it has the workstation with software, several sofware disks, back up recovery disk, Digi PCIe 4 port card with cable Au400e com3 switch, manuals, printer with two extra cartridges, box of perforated edge paper. This is 208v. Sold as is, as described and as seen in the pictures. Meaning you will receive exactly what describes here and what you see in the pictures; once delivered safely to you, that's it. We dont offer additional warranty after delivery. This is a surplus company, we dont maintain, repair or offer service. We sell everything as acquired. Any service, calibration or maintenance are your responsibility at your own cost.

Shipping: Shipping is always based on your zip code or location. We don’t have a fix price because each package and/or destination has their own rate. We charge what it cost to pack and ship each item. For smaller items we usually ship within 1 business day, for larger or fragile that requires extensive packing, 1-2 business days and much larger freight that require extensive packing 2-4 business days. We always provide tracking numbers. Once your item is delivered, you are required to check the content of the package immediately, please don’t file claim days and weeks later to ask for a return.
