DOTmed will tour Korea's
National Cancer Center July 8

The NCC, in Seoul, is emerging as a leading destination for affordable proton beam therapy, offered since 2007. The media trip is aimed at
promoting NCC as a medical tourism location. The forum is a sponsored by the Korean Tourism Organization and KMI International.

Proton beam therapy, also available at seven U.S. centers, is an advanced form of radiotherapy delivered by a particle accelerator cyclotron that aims radiation at the target tumor with unprecedented accuracy. The approach is used to treat many types of cancers including head, neck, spine and prostate.
