All devices will be fully tested and verified for functionality prior to the auction. I personally run and test each unit to ensure proper performance.

**Calibration Notice:**
All units will be calibrated before the auction, with the exception of the OAE units. While these units are fully functional, I’m unable to perform the calibration myself. For full calibration, I recommend the buyer ship them to **NATUS Medical** via UPS or FedEx for their standard **Annual Calibration** service.

The process is quick, affordable, and straightforward—these are compact, handheld devices with accessories, so mailing is simple. Photos will show all items and accessories clearly for reference.

The Bidder agrees that the seller, any representatives of the seller, Med-Tek Biomedical Services or their agents shall not be held responsible or liable:

* for any injuries or damages, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment;

* for compliance with regulations on ownership or use of the purchased item within the jurisdiction in which the purchaser resides and/or uses the item.

The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other national/provincial/territorial/state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not buy this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to Health Canada or FDA regulation and it is to be used for regulated medical services in Canada or the USA, your payment for it indicates you are an authorized purchaser and will comply with these regulations. If you have questions about legal obligations regarding sales of medical devices, you should consult with Health Canada, the FDA or the regulatory authorities in the jurisdiction in which the item is to be used.

Shipping/Pickup:

Items must be paid within 48 hours and picked up within 10 days. Seller will pack and ship items at additional cost or buyers can arrange their own shipping but packing would still be an additional cost. Please contact the seller after the auction for a shipping quote to be added onto your invoice. You can also pay the invoice immediately and we can charge the shipping once quoted.
