HV TESTED AT 250kv FOR LEAKAGE, from pin to pin to check for heat cracks in wire jacket as the three wires are twisted together throughout each of the two High Voltage cables.
If there are any heat cracks in the Anode and Cathode wire insulation, our 250kv test will find it.
Anode and Cathode pin lengths are verified to eliminate the low Ma issues.
Entire cable tested on PC based tester to verify all connections after final cleaning of assembly.
