Due to the Medical Devices Act (MPG/MDR) and the EU directives, every used MP item must be and will be sold as used for hobbyists or as a spare parts donor without any warranty or guarantee, even if there is no malfunction. In contrast to the new Consumer Protection Act, by submitting a bid (among other things due to the MPG/MDR), the buyer agrees not to make use of the new warranty law and automatically waives all claims to which he is entitled. Any liability for defects occurring after delivery is excluded.

The buyer is expressly advised that he must comply with the provisions of the MPG/MDR and the Medical Device Operator Ordinance (MPBV) during commissioning and, where required, have an appropriate safety inspection (STK) of the device performed. The buyer is responsible for compliance.
