Testimonials

"I have been in the Nuclear Medicine profession for 32 years and have always valued excellence in service to keep my equipment at peak performance. Operations in a small institution require maximum equipment uptime with limited resources to maintain the volumes necessary to justify your service.

"In these tough economic times, I was faced with losing my original manufacturer service contracts due to a merger with a larger institution. As everyone knows, original manufacturer’s service contracts are very expensive and usually the first things to cut when trying to save capital. Absolute Imaging Solutions (AIS) was able to give us the quality we expect along with a price we could afford to maintain service from a very experienced and knowledgeable source without having to limit ourselves to in-house service. Their service engineers have years of experience working with Nuclear Medicine cameras.

"Service is always prompt and professional and we have experienced very limited downtime."

Absolute Imaging Solutions is the best nuclear service company I've ever encountered. I was privileged to know Mark Shina when he still worked for ADAC and performed the best work on our ADAC Genesys from a group of many. When Mark started AIS, my company continued our service relationship with him because we knew that he would hire only the best in the business to work with him.

The staff at AIS has exceptional knowledge and skills, are extremely prompt and professional, and are absolutely trustworthy. They've kept our nuclear camera beautifully tuned and serviced while keeping "down time" almost nonexistent.

When we approached AIS about upgrading to a dual-headed system, they recommended the new C! Photon2 camera with UltraSPECT software. I've always been skeptical about upright systems but I knew that if Mark and his crew thought that the camera system was good - then it would be.

The C! Photon2 system is GREAT! It's designed for ease of use with windows based software. I've been able to scan 450 lb patients and get decent images. Lifting patients is no longer required with this camera design. Claustrophobic patients are completely at ease because the camera allows their heads, arms, and legs to be free. (Not to mention the DVD player that patients can watch during the scan). Our patients love this camera and so do we!

During the recent global isotope shortage and public concern about medical radiation exposure, the UltraSPECT software with Wide Beam Reconstruction has allowed us to reduce our patient doses while continuing to acquire quality images. The Syntermed processing software is amazingly fast and user friendly. Between the 1/2 time scans and the lightening image processing time, we've been able to comfortably increase our patient load without increasing overtime.

We are fortunate to have a company the caliber of AIS provide our nuclear service and equipment needs.
