Standard warranty terms?:60 days
Standard return policy?:All orders can be restocked up to 10 calendar days from the anticipated receipt date. If we send you something overnight, this time begins the next day.
Standard acceptance policy?:We will charge a 25% restocking fee on all items to cover our recertification costs and the cost of lost sales opportunity. Items cannot be restocked after 10 days from the original order date without our case-by-case consent and agreement in advance of the return. Late returns will be treated as exchange items and billed at 75% of the exchange price up to 30 days after the initial shipment. After 30 days, they will be treated as exchange items and billed at 100% of the exchange price or refused altogether and billed as outright sales per our policy below. Exchange items must be returned within 30 days of the original order to receive full exchange credit. Items returned more than 30 days after the original order will be refused, and the order will be rebilled at the outright price unless we agree to waive this policy in advance of the item receipt. All exchange items must be of a like part number and repairable.
