Two months after breaking my left fibula, the X-rays still did not show any sign of bone healing. My orthopedic surgeon recommended a bone stimulator but told me insurance would only consider a nonunion and approve a bone stimulator after 3 months have passed. I decided to get a headstart and to rent an Exogen device from Mountain Family Products. Ross responded quickly and answered all my questions. I received the (2) units within a few days (2nd unit is a backup in case the 1st unit needs replacement). I highly recommend Ross for bone stimulator rentals. He is very knowledgeable, and responds quickly. The contract is clear with no fine print. 5 weeks after starting my Exogen treatment, X-rays showed significant callus forming! I am a true believer in Exogen. The device stimulated my bone healing process of my fibula. I will soon start PT. Thank you Ross for your excellent customer service and for your genuine interest in making sure I followed the right steps to stimulate the healing process.

I broke my foot and was advised by my doctor that a bone stimulator would be helpful in my recovery. I found the rental on DOTmed and ordered the device. The device arrived quickly after I placed my order and I was able to start using the equipment. Ross from Mountain Family Products contacted me before shipment so that he knew what equipment I needed. After I received the item Ross contacted me again to ensure I received the item and was using it. He explained the rental process and how to return the equipment after I was finished with it. I believe that the bone stimulator has helped with my recovery. Ross ensure the rental process was easy and convenient and helped reduce the stress of an already difficult situation.

Ross and Mountain Family Exogen Rental have been a pleasure to work with! Communication was responsive and compassionate, and my unit arrived quickly and as described. Ross gave me some helpful tips for using the unit (you need way less ultrasound gel than you think 😄) and made sure all my questions were answered.
