Ross and Mountain Family Exogen Rental have been a pleasure to work with! Communication was responsive and compassionate, and my unit arrived quickly and as described. Ross gave me some helpful tips for using the unit (you need way less ultrasound gel than you think 😄) and made sure all my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend Mountain Family to anyone considering a bone growth stimulator to help boost their healing!

If I could give Ross 10 stars I would. He genuinely cares about his customers! He went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met. I received the unit just as expected . He followed up after I received the unit and was immediately available by phone for questions. For the unit itself I purchased the Exogen to help heal a fractured femur. It was 3 months post injury with no signs of healing. I was diagnosed with a delayed union bone fracture. After using the unit for only 3 weeks a new X-ray finally showed new bone growth. Continuing treatment and feeling so grateful for discovering Ross and the Exogen.

It's hard not to write such a "glowing review" without making it sound fake regarding this company! Ross Jacobs was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I needed the Exogen Bone Healing System. The rental fee is extremely reasonable, it arrived via Fed EX very quickly so I could start healing fast, and it was all set up already when it arrived - all I had to do was turn it on. Along the way, Ross answered my text messages and emails very quickly so I didn't have to wonder or wait on a response. Given the cost of this device through insurance, I am extremely happy to have found this rental online! They made it easy to order, easy to receive, easy to use, and easy to return when the time came! I highly recommend this to anyone needing this device!
