Without question Mountain Family Products and Rentals LLC and Mr. Ross is the most informative, caring and understanding owner /company that has improved my husband's recovery process. The rental bone stimulator was received as a high quality, clean and well supplied medical assistance device. If anyone has the immediate need for increased bone healing and recovery from injury or a surgical bone procedure, then there is no reason to web search results any longer for rental bone simulator. Call and or Email Ross Jacobs! Any questions (and if there are any concerns) the response is quick and personalized. Thank you for everything you have done for my husband's recovery. His surgeon was so impressed with results seen on x-ray, that the Dr. commented the bone healing was equivalent to very young child. Thats a wow in my book.

My foot surgeon recommended a bone stimulator a month after surgery because bones were fusion was slow. He cautioned that stimulators were expensive and insurance typically doesn't cover them until after 3 months. I started looking for rentals near me, but couldn't find any. Then I came across Ross' website. Contacted him thru the website and he responded quickly with the information I needed. Decided to rent a unit from him, based primarily on our communications. The Exogen unit I rented was well-regarded and the rental price was excellent. I had the unit within a few days and began daily treatments. Ross provided a list of 'what ifs' that answered my questions. He sent 2 stimulators, in case the first needed replacement. That was important because the first unit reached it's maximum before I finished treatments. Highly recommend Ross for medical device rentals. He is knowledgeable and responds quickly to questions and concerns.

Wow, what a blessing it was when a friend referred me to Ross at Mountain Family Products. I had a Jones fracture, and my surgeon really wanted me to use a bone stimulator, but the cost was prohibitive - insurance would not pay for it and they are crazy expensive. When I told him about my ability to rent one, he told me right away to DO IT! I've healed up beautifully, and the bone is now as strong or stronger than before. And I paid a mere fraction of what it would have cost to buy one of these machines - the cost is scandalous! Thank you so much Ross.
