Our foot doctor, Sean Sweeney, recommended we get in touch with Ross to rent his bone stimulator for my daughter who broke her second metatarsal and wanted to return to soccer for her senior year season. Ross was fantastic to work with! He made himself available for phone calls and was able to get us the equipment quickly (and this was taking place during the holidays). The equipment came as promised, clean and in good working condition. Ross was available for questions and also had a compassionate attitude towards my daughter and her injury. The exogen machine proved to be very helpful in the healing process for my daughter's injury. We are so thankful our doctor made us aware of it because it was so beneficial and Ross was great to work with!

I broke my fibula and the Dr. Said it would be helpful to use an ultrasound bone stimulator. They were expensive! I was about to give up on it all together when I found Mountain Family Products. They were a lifesaver. Super helpful, affordable, shipping was FAST and I got the product I needed in no time. Ross has been amazing in supporting his companies products. I wish there were more companies like this. I'd definitely reccomend and use them again.

Ross was recommended to me by my doctor as I had a slow healing metatarsal fracture. Within calling him, I received by Exogen in 3 days and was able to put it right to use. Two months after using (4 months after injury), I am back to normal, walking and living an active lifestyle again! He was extremely flexible in timing for shipping back around my doctor's appointments and was always responsive.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Ross' customer service was amazing. He is clearly in this business because he cares about people. The equipment arrived clean and worked well. I rented an exogen from Ross to help with the healing of a broken bone in my foot. Used it every day for almost 2 months. And I really think it made a difference. Ross was helpful and I’m happy thisbusiness exists as this machine is not covered by insurance in most cases and too expensive to buy. Highly recommend!

I broke my medial malleolus in an accident back in September. After months of X-rays and showing no healing in my 5 month xray , I was able to do some research on non union fractures and was very nervous I was going to need a bone graft surgery if the situation did not start improving soon. I was able to find Ross’s store, and the exogen unit at a very great price and it arrived in less then a week. Within 12 weeks of using the exogen my break is completely healed without surgery. The surgeon was amazed at the progress considering I had virtually no healing for 5 months. I am now also pain free and had my last xray last week and will no longer be needing to return to the hospital . Thank you so much Ross
