Loved this product and Mountain Family Products. Ross was amazing to work with! Honest and always available to answer questions. I had a Jones fracture that wasn't properly diagnosed (so no surgery) and with the Exogen ended up being able to partially weight-bear at 9.5 weeks. My insurance wouldn't approve the bone stimulator and I was able to start using at 5.5 weeks, thanks to Ross. Great to work with, top-quality product. Got out of the boot at 13 weeks. A bone-stimulator is a must for this tough to heal fracture (especially if you don't get a pin in it). Highly recommend!

I live in Canada and I was little leery about purchasing the Exogen unit from online, but Ross took all of my worries away. He took time and answered all my questions and made my transaction very smooth. My unit was exactly like how it was described and packaged and shipped in excellent condition. I highly recommend Ross.
