I'll admit that I was a little hesitant to rent a medical device through this platform, but when I first reached out to Ross he immediately put me at ease. Ross has been really helpful and accessible through the process of renting my Exogen bone stimulator. He is very easy to reach, and was accommodating to my request for delayed shipping while I was on vacation. The product came in good shape with plenty of uses left. Overall I have had a great experience renting from Ross.

Hi. I have an open reduction mid-shaft humerus fracture that 6 months in is non-union. Dr. Wants to do bone graft, trying to avoid this. I live in Canada searched the whole country and couldn’t get this product to rent, and buying very costly new. I found Ross on a Facebook page for #humerus(s). Hesitant to order cross border, I found Ross was compassionate, answered all my questions and with his warranty made the import process fearless. The gently used machine arrived quickly and in great shape. No surprises at the border. I have confidence that if I have any issues, ongoing, Ross will be there to help me. I highly recommend him.

I used this product to help heal from a broken 5th metatarsal. Renting was a great alternative to purchasing, as the machine brand new is quite expensive. It was very simple to use. Ross was great to work with, always available to answer questions. The machine arrived on time, in great shape and had low usage. If i ever need it again, i would have no reservation about renting from Ross again.

I rented a bone stimulator from Mountain Family Products. The very fact one can rent a bone stimulator is great for those of us who cannot afford to buy one outright. On top of this, dealing with Mountain Family Products was an absolute pleasure. This is a caring company one caring company I hope I never have to order from again :)
