I can’t rave enough about the stellar customer service at Mountain Family Rentals. I urgently needed a bone stimulator and after contacting six different vendors Ross was the only to respond, and did so within minutes of my email, on a Friday night. When there was a purchasing glitch on the website he immediately worked it out ... while boarding a flight! As if that wasn’t exceptional enough, he also upgraded my system and overnighted it. I hope I never need another bone stimulator but will return to Ross in a heartbeat if I do.

When I broke my 5th metatarsal bone, I was disappointed to learn that my Healthcare insurance had a huge deductible and would not cover the cost of an ultrasound bone healing system. Faced with an out of the pocket expense of several thousand dollars, I was relieved to discover Mountain Family Products. They offered pre-owned Exogen machines at a fraction of the cost. I spoke with Ross, and he provided clear information and details about the Exogen machines they had available. I made the purchase, which helped to speed my recovery, and saved a significant amount of money. I highly recommend the service they offer!

After having foot surgery that didn't heal well, my Dr. recommended I get a bone stimulator. I did not have insurance that would cover it. I could not find one, and I finally found Mountain Family on Facebook. Ross responded immediately to my inquiry. He sent me a stimulator that day. I began to use it as soon as I received it. At my next Dr. appt my Dr. was shocked at how well my foot was healing! He recommended the continued use of the Exogen for the next few months. My foot continued to heal extremely well! I also found the use very easy. Just a relaxing 20 minutes in the evening worked for me. I truly believe the use of the Exogen system made the difference between my foot healing and not healing! I can't recommend this product enough!!

Be confident in purchasing from Ross at Mountain Family Products! I have been so impressed with my Exogen as well as with Ross. Don’t buy from anyone else. MFP offers a guarantee that your exogen will work for the full amount of time and treatments. This guarantee is very important. Most sellers aren’t aware that each exogen only lasts 6 months and 175 treatments. I have a delayed union of my medial malleolus. I am healing from double fracture surgery of my tibia and fibula close to my ankle. I am 15 weeks post-op. My orthopedic surgeon prescribed an exogen but my insurance wouldn’t cover it. They required I be 9 months from surgery date. My option was to purchase for $6k if I wanted it now. So that’s how I found Ross. I am so looking forward to walking again with healed bones. My brothers and I rented the Exogen bone stimulator from Ross for our mom who fractured her arm. Ross was very accomodating, responded to us promptly, and answered all our questions. The machine was shipped to us immediately. We rented the Exogen for 5 months and we did not have any problems. Our mom, who is 86 years old used it everyday without any problems- it was simple and easy. There was no problem with the battery and there was enough gel provided. We did not have any problems , it was hassle free. Thank you.
