Ross & Mountain Family Products provide a phenomenal service. Ross is patient, responsive, and understanding. Moreover, Ross genuinely cares more about a client's health and recovery than making money. The equipment he sells/rents is far more affordable than what I'd need to pay from a designated seller (with insurance coverage!). He answered all of my questions before I committed to renting a device from him, and continued to be patient and responsive afterwards. He's more than willing to discuss and accommodate financial hardships. The equipment he sent over was in great condition, and so far I have had no problems with it at all.

Ross provides excellent service along with much appreciated educational information about the product. He is an incredibly easy person to work with and always available when I call. He’s extremely knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to insure I am totally comfortable with the equipment. I wish there were more people out there like him. He’s the best.
