Ross Jacobs at Mountain Family Products was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I reached out to him to inquire about the rental of the machine. It was shipped very quickly and was in great used condition. Returning the machine was very easy and stress-free as well. Mountain Family Products have done more for my nonunion fracture repair than most doctors I visited. After eight months of daily Exogen use, I can see substantial bridging of bone across my old fracture site and look forward to resuming my active lifestyle. Many thanks to Ross for outstanding customer service and genuine care for my healing and well-being.

I had a great experience renting from Ross, he was very accommodating to my needs and answered all my questions promptly. I am very glad I found this company that allows rental on devices like the bone stimulator at great prices regardless of insurance status. I was skeptical about it working but it healed my fracture on half the time it was broadcasted.

Ross is so knowledgeable about the equipment and is very thorough in explanation on how to use. He sincerely cares about your proper use of equipment and how it has aided in recovery or injury. No matter how often or what time I called, he was more than happy to speak to me and help me out. His customer service is EXCELLENT!!

Ross was amazing, I also had issues with dealing with insurance and getting a exogen I could use to heal my broken tibia, the product company and insurance wanted me to but the thing for like 2300 dollars - I did not need to buy one Just rent it to heal.. I am so happy I found this service and they were able to provide to me what I needed - this bone stimiluater really works by bone healed in less than 3 months - thank you Ross you made it all possible.
