After I broke my 5th metatarsal, my doctor prescribed the Exogen machine. The company was going to charge me $1800 for it! After some googling, I found Ross's listing on DOTmed and was relieved to be able to rent the machine for much much less. I had never used this website before and was a bit nervous, but Ross was communicative, trustworthy, and a provided excellent customer service. I received the machine very quickly after ordering and use of it helped to stimulate healing in my fracture. My foot is now doing much much better and I am so thankful to have found Ross! If you need an Exogen machine, don't hesitate to rent from Ross!

Ross is fantastic to work with! As my insurance wouldn't approve the equipment I needed, I was thrilled to find a rental! Ross shipped quickly, was a great resource for product knowledge and overall a joy to work with!

I rented the exogen system from Ross and his business and was very pleased with the service I received and his ability to answer my questions and his promptness. The device worked well and was very affordable. My insurance would not cover the purchase of the device and it would have cost me over $2K to buy one. I had very little knowledge of his company and the exogen device. After speaking on the phone with him, all of my questions and concerns were eased. Additionally, after I received the device he would periodically check in to see how my recovery was going and how the device was working. All in all, I would highly recommend Ross and Mountain Family Products.

I ordered a bone stimulator from this company and it came quickly and was packaged well. The customer service is excellent, they have answered any and all questions I’ve had and respond quickly. If I am in need of medical equipment in the future I will definitely rent from them again!

Ross was great to work with. He answered all my questions and gave me so much background on the effectiveness of the machine. By the time we were done talking I was very confident with my choice to rent the Exogen System. I am very optimistic about alternative healing methods. The doctor supported the use of the bone stimulator along with traditional healing methods. My husband believes the healing process was accelerated by the regular daily use of the exogen.
