We get an applcation error when booting system, the message appearing when error comes out says that initialization from report creation packge has failed and this cause problems at the patient database functions.
We restarted the system letting some intervals of even 30 minutes having the same results.
When selecting patients we get another message:
The report packages is starting,this action will end in 30 sec.
If you have transfered the system on another netwrok this could take 2 minutes.
Patient, review, report, acquire will not be available until initialization ends.
Try again.

And this error code appears:
Error ID: MercCert:Guistartimeout

Please, any suggestion on the solving this, the messages appears in spanish so I translated content.

It sounds like you may have a corrupted Preset or Study. Try restoring the System and user presets. Then try deleting all the studies. Patient study files may be corrupted but not show up in the study list. There may be a utility to reset the Study database, similar to the "HD Reset" on an iU22, although there isn't a reference to such a command in the service or user manuals I have.

Hard drive and reload of software should fix it.

it looks for me you have a corrupt software. This units soffer of software corruption a lot. with a simple software reload you ahould solve this issues. you need to have a good backup and you also need to have the IP adress from the computer because this is not at the backup, after the reload you will need to set it manually.
