Call -Text or Whatsapp: This Beckman Coulter Microfuge 22R Refrigerated Benchtop Centrifuge is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Comes with a Beckman Coulter F301.5 Rotor (14,000 rpm). This unit starts and and spins at the set speeds correctly. When tested with our hand held tachometer it reached a max speed of 13,995 rpm (see pic). During bench testing we got the temperature to -6C. I have posted pictures of the the temperature gauge and digital display with the unit running. This centrifuge is designed to reach 14,000 rpm with the rotor that is included. Comes complete with benchtop centrifuge, 14,000 RPM rotor and power cord. Has a safety lid lock. Guaranteed not to be DOA.

The Beckman Coulter Microfuge 22Ris a microprocessor-controlled refrigerated benchtop centrifuge that generates centrifugal forces required for a wide variety of applications. Together with the Beckman Coulter rotors, designed specifically for use in this centrifuge, applications include:

Nucleic acid plasmids and bacteriophages isolation.
Routine processing such as sample preparations, pelleting, extractions,purifications, concentrations, phase separations, and receptor binding.
Virus isolation.
Rapid sedimentation of protein precipitates, large particles, and cell debris.
Preparation of subcellular organelles such as mitochondria, granules, and crude microsomes.
Cell isolation


F301.5 and FX301.5 Fixed-Angle Rotors

The F301.5 and FX301.5 are fixed-angle rotors with a tube angle of 45 degrees from the axis of rotation. These rotors can centrifuge up to thirty 1.5 to 2.2-mL reaction-vials, as well as 250 to 400-L vials and 500 to 750-L tubes. These rotors develop centrifugal forces that can efficiently pellet subcellular organelles, viruses, bacteria, mitochondria, chloroplasts, or algae. Although the rotors are similar in form and function, they are not interchangeable; the F301.5 rotor cannot be used in Allegra X-22 Series or Allegra X-30 series centrifuges, and the FX301.5 rotor cannot be used in the Microfuge 22R.

Condition & Testing:

This is a very nice Microfuge 22R benchtop refrigerated centrifuge in excellent cosmetic condition with minimal signs of previous use in the form of minor scuffs on the outer steel case, but no damage at all. The included rotor is original to the centrifuge and tested to perform at 13,995 rpms. This unit has been tested to cooldown to -6C quickly during bench testing. The digital display, knobs and safety lid lock are all working correctly. Guaranteed not to be DOA.
