It is set up for propane and can be changed to natural gas if required. Two 12" cast iron "H" burners which each produce 40,000 BTU per side and have individual control. The pilot is working to properly light the burners.Stainless steel construction, this grill can be placed on a workstation or cart. The cast iron grates can be used either flat or at an incline. The water/drip pan is included and covers most of your cooking area. The splash guards on the back and sides are present. Adjustable legs for leveling for extra stability. We removed this item from the restaurant ourselves where it was in service at the time of closure. It has been detail cleaned and 2 of the cast iron grates were replaced with 2 NEW ones. It is set up for natural gasand can be changed to propaneif required. Two 12" cast iron "H" burners which each produce 40,000 BTU per side and have individual control for two grates each. The pilot is working to properly light the burners.

Quality Construction:
Star-Maxline of radiant char-broilers feature stainless steel cool to the touch front panel, bull nose, drip pan, splash guard, and grease trough. Double wall aluminized steel side panels with cast iron burners every 12, adjustable control valves and standing pilot are standard. Radiants are contoured stainless steel providing maximum heat transfer and durability. Cooking surface consists of heavy duty, cast iron grates adjustable to flat or slanted positions.

Condition & Testing

This is a very nice Star-Max Radiant 80,000 BTU Countertop Charbroiler and mobile cart that is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. We removed this unit from the restaurant ourselves where it was in use at the time of closure. We detail cleaned the unit ourselves and replaced 2 of the cast iron grates with new ones. Does show signs of previous use in the form of minor scuffs, but absolutely no damage.

When hooked up to gas we could easily adjust the flame on each burner withthe manual controls and control the heat properly on each side. (40,000 BTU per burner). The water/drip pan is good with no leaks at all. The legs adjust correctly for stability. Set up for natural gas. Can be converted to propaneeasily with the kit (not included) if you require propane. The rolling stainless steel cart is perfect and this unit is ready to use as soon as you receive it! Guaranteed not to be DOA.
