Swedish maker of image enhancement software ContextVision said today it named Anita Tollstadius to take over as CEO.
"With [more than] 30 years experience in management and organizational development, and as a member of the ContextVision board of directors since 2008, Tollstadius is ideally positioned to drive change, motivate and implement the company's current strategic business plan," a company spokeswoman said in a statement e-mailed to DOTmed News.
Last month, the Stockholm-based business appointed Tollstadius as chairman of the board and executive chairman.

Tollstadius replaces Jan Erik Hedborg, who left the company after seven years "to pursue other opportunities," the company said.
ContextVision partners with OEMs to package software with their equipment that enhances images for X-ray, ultrasound and MRI.
