LG: I think it's going to be highly disruptive to the market. These hospitals are looking at a 21 percent cut in Medicare across the board and are looking at the uncertainties of the Affordable Care Act and deciding how to continue to run their business.

This is a technology platform that is perfectly aligned for the needs of the market today, which is to reduce capital acquisition cost and expense the cost of endoscopy.

I think the cart-based endoscopic mechanical optical suppliers of today are going to be hard pressed to get out of the way of this technology. They're going to have to completely and fundamentally change the way they do business if they're going to compete with the MicroCam.
