We help the providers engage with the right subpopulation of patients by pulling in and analyzing data from a variety of sources and also provide real-time alerts in response to changes in vital signs and other underlying indicators.
In addition to integrating with telehealth devices, our platform also provides videoconferencing, secure messaging and the ability to share videos, images and documents with patients. Organizations can also upload and tag a library of educational materials that can automatically be recommended to patients based on their health profiles.
