Preliminary Program
Our Preliminary Program is designed for physicians who wish to have one year of general medical training prior to going into a residency in neurology, dermatology, ophthalmology, radiology, emergency medicine, physical medicine, anesthesiology, or any of the surgical subspecialities. In the course of the year, preliminary interns will have an exposure to a wide variety of disease processes and acute and chronic patient care. We feel the preliminary year provides an invaluable background for the wide range of specialty residencies.
