Radiology residents at Baylor University Medical Center are selected entirely through the National Residency Match Program, using the Internet-based electronic resident application system (ERAS). They review the uniform ERAS applications after a letter arrives from the applicant's dean, completing the application.
They look at many factors before inviting an applicant for a formal interview. An applicant's academic rank or class standing, board scores, letters of recommendation, extracurricular activities, and previous experiences are all considered.
