This 10-week, full-time program is an advanced specialty course intended for radiographers who desire specific training in mammography. The curriculum is based on the recommendations from the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. The course lecture content, when combined with the clinical components of the course, will cover all necessary requirements for the MQSA.

In addition to mammography training, participants will receive classroom instruction and clinical training in bone densitometry. They will also rotate through clinical sites at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins at Greenspring Station.

Interventional Cardiovascular
A 6-month training program intended for radiographers who desire specific training in Interventional Cardiovascular procedures. Upon acceptance into the program, students will experience on site, clinical, and didactic training and gain a thorough understanding of the anatomical and physiological workings of the cardiovascular system, as well as learn the highly technical aspects of advanced imaging.

Notre Dame Cooperative Program
Through a cooperative program, the College of Notre Dame of Maryland and The Johns Hopkins Hospital School of Medical Imaging offer a bachelor of science degree and certification in radiological sciences. Students complete clinical certification programs at Hopkins Hospital, and academic coursework at Notre Dame.

Bloomsburg University Cooperative Program
Through a cooperative program, Bloomsburg University and The Johns Hopkins Hospital School of Medical Imaging offer a bachelor of science degree and certification in radiological sciences. Students complete clinical certification programs at Hopkins Hospital, and academic coursework at Bloomsburg University.
