Following the technical program that begins with the highly anticipated Keynote Speaker presentation on Monday, July 15, the Symposium technical program concludes on Friday, July 19, with a Technical Tour of ETS-Lindgren’s world headquarters in Cedar Park, Texas, just north of Austin. “After hearing numerous presentations related to HPEM, Symposium attendees will end the week by seeing real-world examples of products designed and manufactured for protection against HPEM, High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP), and Intentional Electromagnetic Interference (IEMI),” said ETS-Lindgren’s Subject Matter Expert and Global Marketing Director Joel Kellogg, Vice Chair of the GlobalEM 2024 Organizing Committee. “The tour complements the technical program by relating the topics presented to solutions that support the topics. Many people are not aware there is a wide range of solutions available that are manufactured in the United States and certified by an independent test lab (Little Mountain Test Facility operated by Boeing at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah). We look forward to ending the GlobalEM 2024 Symposium week with an educational tour, an ‘all-you-can-eat’ Texas-style lunch buffet, and a horseshoe toss competition. I hope you can join us!” enthused Mr. Kellogg.
