Today I am joined by Dr. Daniel Sodickson, the chief of innovation in radiology at NYU Langone, to discuss why he believes AI and imaging are poised to fundamentally alter human perception, and what that means for healthcare.

It's a fascinating conversation about a topic Dr. Sodickson has spent a lot of time thinking about. In his new book, The Future of Seeing: How Imaging Is Changing Our World, he argues that we’re on the cusp of a new vision revolution — one that will soon make today’s technology look primitive. He traces an arc from the first light-sensitive cells in ancient oceans to AI systems that interpret images with superhuman precision.
