Five Minutes in Healthcare - John Lentini

by Philip F. Jacobus, CEO | November 25, 2025
John Lentini
Five Minutes in Healthcare is where I discuss current events with some of the industry's most influential leaders.

Today I am joined by John Lentini, president of BOLD Training Corp and an authorized partner of Crestcom International, for a conversation that is in some ways bigger than healthcare. John has a fascinating personal story, (you can see his TEDx talk here) and shares the lessons he has learned through leadership training sessions that help businesses bring out the best in their people.

During our chat, John provides behind the scenes insight into how his classes work, and how different groups can take the most advantage of the programs that he offers. His system calls on people from different levels of leadership to commingle, or cross pollinate, to share ideas they might not otherwise be exposed to.
