Bartoszek said that customers also like the idea that many of the customized service contracts are after-hours, so customers stay up and running during the day and continue profitability without downtime.


Magnaserv Field Service Coverage runs from Los Angeles to New York, Chicago to Miami and they have over $5.8 million in parts inventory, maintaining critical parts in five regional parts warehouses (AZ, MD, FL, IL & TX).

The company currently employs 40 staff members and has been running double-digit growth for years. The outlook for the future is bright.

"We think that we will continue to see double digit growth as the years go by," Bartoszek said. "We are seeing more of a demand for the lease and rent to own mobiles. We are also seeing more and more customers pushing back from the OEMs on long term contracts. Many customers used to buy equipment and get long-term service contracts and now are just taking warranty or extended warranty and seeking out different service or value."

Although MagnaServ utilizes high quality GE Healthcare MRI and CT systems within its mobile fleet, they can provide systems from any manufacturer.
