The MedTech 09 Bioscience Conference theme presents "Prescription for Change: Technology Risks, Economics, and Reform in the Global Healthcare Marketplace" on Monday, October 5 at The Lodge in Skaneateles, NY.

Participants from upstate New York representing leadership, functional areas and education in the public and private health care sectors will gather to look at how the current economy is impacting the business environment regarding trends, current issues and best practices. Topics will cover product liability and quality assurance, relationship management, fundraising, manufacturing excellence and conducting international clinical trials.

A panel of seven CEOs will provide the opening plenary address. The luncheon keynote speaker features Mark Heller, Partner, Goodwin Proctor and Associate Chief Counsel, FDA. Closing the event will be Marc Goloven, Former VP and Senior Regional Economist, JP Morgan Chase.
