It's the time of year to resolve to improve and change things in our lives in the New Year.
That includes how we market our business.
Here are some areas to focus on:
What did you plan to do, but never did?
What do you need to plan better?
What did you do wrong? Why?
What did you do right? How can it be done better?
Where did you waste money?
What outside forces will impact your business, and how will you deal with them?
We all know personal resolutions are often tough to keep.
Your business resolutions you better keep - or things can be tough on you.
Give them a "to do" time frame.
Make sure your employees know what they have to do.
And here's one that should definitely be on your list: keep using DOTmed and reading DOTmed News.
