"Virtuosity in Radiology" is the theme of this year's European Congress of Radiology, taking place through March 8 at the Austria Center Vienna.
The meeting features presentations on global radiology clinical trends and educational opportunities. New activities of the European School of Radiology also abound.
Dignitaries include Andy Adam, professor of interventional radiology at the University of London, honored with ECR's gold medal; as well as Gary Jay Becker, executive director of the American Board of Radiology and professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine; among other luminaries in the field.

A fun and challenging event at ECR each year is their image interpretation quizzes. The world's most accomplished radiologists compete to solve clinical cases.
This year's theme highlights the extraordinarily rich cultural life of Austria's capital and of one of Europe's great arts centers, especially for music lovers.
