Marilyn Marchant, senior vice president of Siemens Healthcare, spoke with DOTmed News at the recent HIMSS10 conference in Atlanta.
One of the company's products, Soarian Quality Measures, was featured as a part of the workflow demonstration in the show's interoperability showcase. The product is distinctive because it allows users to obtain non-digital data outside the system. It also enables customers to complete quality and reimbursement reports.

Siemens Healthcare also recently announced the launch of Virtual Conference, a new, innovative web-based tool that unites industry leaders through a digital forum. Virtual Conference is especially helpful to those who are not able to travel extensively, allowing customers to access the information for about 90 days.
