If you think your life is busier and more hectic than ever, you're absolutely right.

We all get so much input overload, we can't seem to focus. And find it hard to get anything done.

And it's that way it is for your customers, too.

So one of the most important things your marketing has to do is make it easy to do business with you.

It should be as easy as possible.

Make it a snap.

It's done.

Catch my drift? Now, I know it isn't all that easy to make things easy for your customers. There are certain minimum requirements every deal entails that never go away.

So the trick is to create the "perception" of easy.

There's a big bank that has a new online payment service called "Blink." Sounds nice, right? Sounds like you can take care of business in the blink of an eye. Quick. And Easy.

So at least they get your attention, and you'll give them a try.

The Staples office supply chain has been running a TV ad campaign for months featuring -- what else -- an Easy Button.

So think of ways and find ways to make it look and feel easy to do business with you, and you'll be in the fast lane to Easy Street yourself.
