Two firms devoted to sterilization and disinfection have joined MAGNET's roster of resources available to member organizations of the GPO.

Health Lab Products, decontamination and disinfection experts, have announced a three-year Agreement with Mid-Atlantic Group Network of Shared Services (MAGNET), the large, non-profit cooperative group purchasing organization.

"Health Lab Products provides an opportunity for MAGNET Member Organizations to access superior decontamination and disinfection solutions at cost-effective prices. We are pleased to have this three-year agreement," said Steven R. Duke, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for MAGNET.
The three-year agreement provides to MAGNET Member Organizations a competitively priced line of clinically proven instrument processing detergents and cleaners ranging from pretreatment sprays to enzymatic and alkaline detergents.

In addition, STS North America has also signed a three-year agreement with MAGNET to provide member organizations customized field service maintenance and repair contracts on such items such as sterilizers, washers, tables, lights, ultrasound, etc.
