New CEO Mark Briggs

Health IT networking company VisionShare tapped Mark R. Briggs to be its new CEO, the Minneapolis, Minn.-based business announced this week.
The former COO of Carefx Corporation brings around 17 years of health care and health IT management experience, according to VisionShare. In addition to Carefx, he has held C-level or executive positions at NaviNet, MPI Solutions and LinkSoft Technologies.
"After meeting and having developed a shared vision for the company, I was thrilled to bring Mark Briggs into our organization," VisionShare President John Feikema said in a statement.
