Pediatric center names new VP of strategic planning

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, a nonprofit pediatric health care system, welcomed Jeff Kilpatrick to its team as the new vice president of strategic planning for the organization.

Coming from a position at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Kilpatrick looks forward to leading the strategic planning arm of the top pediatric care organization.

"It's a phenomenal organization with a great track record of providing exceptional patient care," Kilpatrick told DOTmed News. "It's also an organization that has exceptional management and is known for that. I'm excited to work with that type of management team."

Kilpatrick will take on the organization's program planning, corporate strategic planning and financial planning.

He is on board with the nonprofit's "compelling mission," he indicated.

"We have a great mission and a great dedication to provide excellent clinical care for the children of Atlanta and for Georgia, so it's really an exciting time to be helping with that mission," Kilpatrick said.
