Health care supply contracting company Novation said Friday it named Chris McDown as vice president of custom contracting.
Previously, McDown served as director of marketing and director of pricing strategy for Kinetic Concepts Inc. Before that, the 15-year industry veteran helped launch BD Medical's AutoShield Pen Needle while developed the company's institutional insulin delivery business, Irving, Texas-based Novation said.
"We are very fortunate to have someone of Chris' caliber, insightfulness and dedication join our team," Pete Allen, Novation's senior vice president of sourcing operations, said in prepared remarks.
